Diffusion II

Diffuisons is a series axially symmetrical composition placing sanded glass stones, arranged in identical patterns on both sides of the work. These pieces evoke the imagery of a starry sky, with tiny, shimmering points of light that fade into a subtle gradient. It invites contemplation on duality and reflectivity, questioning the nature of perception: what is the original, and what is the reflection or depiction? The interplay of transparency, texture, and light encourages viewers to explore the tension between the tangible and the imagined, blurring the lines between reality and representation.‍‍
